We Serve.(Pancakes, mostly. Also eyeglasses.)
The El Cajon Valley Host Lions have been helping out in East County since 1947. We pay for kids' eye exams and glasses, deliver holiday food to local families, and keep a lunch table open every Monday for anyone who wants to join.

Business owners, retirees, neighbors. One big lunch table.
For more than 75 years the El Cajon Valley Host Lions have met over lunch, swapped stories, and quietly taken care of the people around us. We're part of Lions Clubs International, the world's largest service club organization, with 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries.
